"Had to wait forever"
I’m not ordering from here again. I spent way too long waiting in the queue, and by the time my order was finally sorted, I was already annoyed. The whole thing just took much longer than it should have.

"Wish I’d bought it sooner"
I’m really happy with it. The quality feels solid, it looks just like the photos, and everything arrived in perfect shape. My only regret is not buying it sooner. I’d definitely order again

"Surprisingly Helpful Support"
I had a small issue with my order, because apparently things can’t always just go smoothly, but customer service actually replied quickly. They were friendly, didn’t make me jump through a million hoops, and got it sorted without turning it into a whole ordeal. it made the situation way less stressful than I was expecting.

"Really solid, the packaging was"
Got my order from jonasstudio.com packed really well it was. No dents, nothing loose rattling around inside, and everything seemed protected properly. It was simple, but done right, which I did like.

"Not Really worth the Price"
I ordered from jonasstudio.com and, it just felt kind of overpriced for what showed up. The design was fine, nothing terrible, but also not anything that made me go “okay, yeah, this was worth the cost.”
Shipping and the whole ordering process were smooth, no major issues there. I just expected the quality to feel a bit better for the money. Maybe Some people wouldn’t be bothered by it, but for me, the value really wasn’t there...

I reached out with a couple of questions, not really expecting a fast reply, but they got back to me quickly. The whole back-and-forth was simple and clear, and I didn’t run into any major problems along the way. Overall, it was a smooth experience and the communication was solid.

"Fixed it faster than I expected"
I had a small issue with my order and didn’t have much time to deal with it, so I was kind of expecting it to turn into a hassle. Jonas Studio got back to me quickly though and sorted everything out the same day. They explained what went wrong without making it a big thing, which I appreciated. Nice when support just handles it and lets you get on with your day. I’d use them again.

"The delivery showed up a bit..."
The delivery showed up a bit late, which was annoying, but it did eventually arrive and everything was fine. Not perfect, but I guess it was okay overall.

"Design wasn’t really what I had in mind"
I ordered from Jonas Studio and the final design was... I mean, it was sort of close, but not really what I asked for. The colors felt a bit off, the spacing didn’t look right, and there were a few little details they just missed. They did respond when I reached out, which I appreciated, but even after that, it still didn’t quite feel right to me.
